A values-driven district, top to bottom.

• High integrity, high respect, high transparency, high excellence — instilled at every layer, not just stated at the top.
• End the us-vs-them dynamic between the board, administration, and the community.
• Real financial transparency, not just a line item on an agenda.
• Real mechanisms for feedback.

This is my first priority — I believe it's the root of most of what else goes wrong.
