Put our reserves to work.

• Question whether today's high reserve levels are actually the right call — they haven't kept pace with inflation.
• Soften those reserves responsibly to invest in teachers, staff, and infrastructure.
• Attract and keep the wave of new families moving into Campbell, while making sure students who need more support get it.
• Evaluate every vendor, tool, and contract for real value — and reduce screen time in favor of teacher time.
